Our Roadside Assistance and Breakdown Service includes:
- Roadside Repair on the spot following mechanical or electrical breakdown
- Battery boost
- Flat tyre assistance
- Towing of the motor vehicle following a breakdown or accident (If unable to repair)
- Second delivery service
- Fuel delivery
- Locksmith service.
The service is provided for all private vehicles throughout Europe. With effect from 1st October 2015, renewals of motorcycles and Quads together with all new policies will also have the added benefit of European assistance.

As soon as you are aware of a situation that could give rise to a claim, please notify our offices immediately and without delay. Relative claim forms may be downloaded from list hereunder and return completed to firstname.lastname@example.org together with any supporting photos.

The following documentation may be required in support of your claim.
For Motor Claims, driving license, front to rear form/warden report number/police report number. A claim excess may apply.
For Home and Business Claims, a police report is required for theft and malicious damage claims. For emergency service following a burst pipe or complete electricity failure within your residence contact Mapfre Assist on 22480205.
For Travel Claims, we may require the following documents where applicable. Travel tickets, airport luggage notification report, luggage tag, police report, medical certificates, prescriptions and receipts. For emergency 24h worldwide medical assistance contact Mapfre Assist on 22480200.
For Health and Personal Accident Claims, the claim form must be supported with family doctor referral and specialist endorsement on claim form together with supporting receipts.
For Marine Claims, please contact our office for the appointment of the surveyor. A police report is required for theft and malicious damage claims.
You can attach these documents to the claim form and send them to our offices by post or email to email@example.com. Further additional documentation may be required where necessary in support of your claim.
