If you are a comprehensive policy holder and your car is repairable we will order the replacement parts within a few working days. Delivery then depends on availability of parts.
Expenses for parts, labour and spray are paid directly with suppliers and repairers by us.
In the event of a total loss, cash settlement or a beyond economical repair we will effect a payment directly into your bank account.
