Alhough we are committed to provide a good quality service, we recognize however that some clients may not be satisfied with the service provided. To deal with such a situation, we created a complaints procedure.
The first step is to talk to the person who dealt with the matter you are concerned about, as they will be in the best position to help you promptly and to put things right. This can be done either directly or by telephone. But if this person is not available, or you would prefer to approach someone else, then you can ask for the Director.
We will seek to resolve the problem immediately, but if we cannot do this, then we will take a record of your concern and arrange the best way and time for getting back to you.
Taking your complaint outside the organization
If you are still not satisfied with the organization's response, you may contact the Complaints Manager at the Malta Financial Services Authority.
